Prof. Po-Chun Hsu (徐伯均) will start his research group at Duke University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science, in January 2019. He received his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University in 2016 under the advising of Prof. Yi Cui. He does his postdoc in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University, working with Prof. Arun Majumdar. He has h-index of 31 and has published 48 papers, including Science, Science Advances, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Energy, Nature Communications, JACS, Nano Letters, etc.
Design and fabricate materials for novel light and heat management, with special focuses on smart multifunctional textiles, radiative-cooling building materials, camouflage fabrics, stimuli-responsive polymer, wearable medical electronics, nanophotonics, phonon transport, solar desalination and water harvesting, electrochromic devices, electrospinning and fiber fabrication.
